Day 12

Day 12 Slique in 60 challenge! Woohoo! This is going way way way too fast!

One thing that is very important is to know what you can and cannot do in exercise. I really really hurt my arm doing the burpees that were suggested to everyone to do. I probably should have not done them and I own that.

Do exercise at your level and what feels good for your body and you will do great! :)
